In 2007, the
Department of Trade and Tourism of the OAS Executive
Secretariat for Integral Development started the execution of the
project “Public-Private Partnerships for Human Capital / Work Force Development.” The
objective of the project is the systematization of successful practices
of public-private partnerships to adequate workforce development to the
needs of the markets, and on the basis of this systematization to
elaborate strategic guidelines to promote public-private partnerships
for human capital development.
