Third Preparatory Meeting of the XIV Inter-American Conference of Ministers of Labor (IACML) of the OAS Place and Date: Objective: Documents of the Meeting: - Agenda - Draft Plan of Action of Mexico - Chart with comments from the Virtual Forum regarding the Draft Declaration Logistic information: Hotel : The OAS has blocked some rooms at the Hotel Concordia with a special rate. Interested delegations should make their reservations directly with the hotel according to the indications provided on the attached form. Funding of airplane tickets : The Government of Canada, through a grant agreement with the OAS, will provide some resources to cover the airplane tickets of representatives from the smaller economies that wish to attend the meeting. Each country has to cover lodging and food expenses. In order to obtain this assistance, interested countries need to send a letter no later than August 10 specifying: name of the person designated to participate, request to receive funding for the airplane ticket and commitment to cover lodging and other costs.
