Objectives:

1. To determine the Calendar of Activities 2008-2009 of the IACML, that will ensure the implementation of the Plan of Action of Port of Spain 2007 and will take into consideration the mandates of the IV Summit of the Americas .

2. To define the functioning of the RIAL, including the definition of its activities and the operation of the Cooperation Fund.

3. To ensure coordination among the main actors in the IACML process and to define financial and in-kind commitments.
