Portfolio

The Department of Social Development and Labor, with the support of pertinent government entities of each member state, is identifying programs and promotion strategies for MIPYMES that have had a meaningful impact on employment generation and fight against poverty. This Portfolio of consolidated programs will be the base for the development of horizontal cooperation strategies among the member states on this subject. The programs that are presented hereby fulfill the following minimal criteria to be incorporated to the Portfolio:

•  Be effective in fulfilling its objectives.
•  Have national, provincial, state or municipal coverage, in this sense; do not represent a “micro” experience but implemented and developed to respond to national and sub-national challenges.
•  Be evaluated, externally or internally.
•  Count with political willing and technical capacity of the institution that represent the Portfolio to be shared with other institutions of the hemisphere.
