IACD
Managment Board
The Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development (IACD) is the subsidiary organ of CIDI created to promote, coordinate, manage, and facilitate the planning and execution of programs, projects and activities within the scope of the OAS Charter and, in particular, the framework of the Strategic Plan for Partnership for Development . The IACD has a Management Board which is comprised of nine member states of the OAS elected by CIDI, and has a Chairman and Vice Chairman elected by the Board itself.
The Executive Secretariat for Integral Development, an organ of the General Secretariat, serves as secretariat of the IACD and the Executive Secretary for Integral Development is also its Director General.
