Welcome to the webpage of the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI) of the Organization of American States (OAS) where you will find information on the main projects and programs as well as meetings, forums and seminars undertaken by SEDI's six Departments as well as the initiatives of the Office of the Executive Secretary.
SEDI's activities are undertaken in the Context of the Strategic Plan for Partnership for Integral Development 2006-2009 and in accordance with the different Summit and General Assembly mandates as well as on political priorities identified in diverse Inter-American Ministerial Meetings to support democracy, human rights, fight poverty and promote development.
You will also be able to obtain information SEDI's collaboration in the modernization efforts undertaken by the region's governments; consolidation of partnerships and alliances with the private sector; and, work on training and capacity building for institutional strengthening.

SEDI, the Connectivity Agenda and the School of Public Administration (ESAP) in Colombia sign agreement to train over 800 public officials in e-government.
