SEDI, the Connectivity Agenda and the School of Public Administration (ESAP) in Colombia sign agreement to train over 800 public officials in e-government
Through a special edition of the SEDI's on line electronic government course and thanks to an agreement signed with the Agenda de Conectividad and the ESAP, an intensive capacity building process to train over 800 public officials before the year is out has begun.
The Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI) of the OAS is committed to organizing activities to promote transparency and efficiency in public governance in Latin America and the Caribbean . In this occasion, the Colombia 's Connectivity Agenda and the School of Public Administration (ESAP) have joined forces in the important task of building capacitites that collaborate to improve governance through an intelligent use of information and communication technologies. The Connectivity Agenda has worked with SEDI to adapt the course's contents to Colombia 's context and realities, which means that participants will receive relevant and updated information.
